Project in early stages, video to be completed soon. Qiscapes is a new series of publicly engaged performances that sonify and evidence ‘qi’ – a phenomena that is said not to exist. For these performances, I have created the ‘acupunctosonoscope’ - a biosonic instrument protoype that amplifies the live flow of bioelectric signals (qi) moving through specific acupuncture points within participants’ bodies (which flows differently within each individual).
